At Fetchkind, we want you to love your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fetchkind.co.uk.
Please include:

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement or other remedy in line with your legal rights. Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Change-of-mind returns
If you are buying as a consumer in the UK, you usually have the right to cancel a non-personalised online order within 14 days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, please email support@fetchkind.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Because many Fetchkind items are made to order and some may be personalised, we cannot usually accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has started.
Under UK regulations, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not generally apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
